I can set the property prices myself?

What are my obligations as a tourist property owner??
We always recommend our clients get a professional update from their accountant. In order to proceed with cooperation, either an AMA or a license to operate a tourist business must have been issued (NOR, etc).

When will I be informed about the rental income of my property?
At the beginning of each calendar month it will be sent to your email address, which you will have declared to us, the previous month's booking report, together with all the information required for your tax obligations.

I want to rent my holiday home for the summer months. You take it on?
